What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. Purchases are not made here: our products are sold through online marketplaces and other internet-based sales channels. When you buy through one of those channels, that channel's own privacy policy also applies to the data you provide there, and the channel acts as an independent controller for the data it collects.

Data we collect through this website

This website contains no contact forms, no accounts, no shopping basket and no payment function. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking services, and we do not build visitor profiles.

• Server log data: our hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser type and referring page, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Local storage: a single preference is stored in your browser to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Email correspondence: if you email us, we process the content of your message and your email address so that we can reply.

Why we process this data and on what basis

Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure and functioning website.

Email correspondence is processed to answer your question, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding, or on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The cookie-notice preference is functional storage strictly necessary to provide the feature you asked for, and is stored only on your own device.

Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Personal data is shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and our email, and only to the extent required to deliver those services. Where such a provider processes data on our behalf, a processor agreement is in place. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them for security and diagnostic purposes. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your question and to meet any legal retention obligation that applies to it, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, email info@aedelon-ebiz.com.

If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
